Lord Frederick Charles Wellesley is the youngest of the Duke and Duchess of Wellington. He was born on September 30, 1992, at St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London. The Duchess of Wellington was born HRH Princess Antonia of Prussia, one of five children of HRH Prince Friedrich of Prussia, third son of Crown Prince Wilhelm, and Duchess Cecilie of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, and Lady Brigid Guinness, daughter of Rupert Guinness, 2nd Earl of Iveagh.
Lord Frederick, a Captain, Blues and Royals, is a descendant of Queen Victoria.
